WEB STORE SOFTWARE
The Plotz web store has been developed with software from CCV Shop (https://www.ccvshop.nl/). Personal data that you make available to Plotz for the service is shared with this party. CCV Shop has access to your data to provide (technical) support to Plotz, they will never use your data for any other purpose. CCV Shop is obliged to take appropriate security measures based on the agreement concluded with them. CCV Shop uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and / or stored.
WEB HOSTING
Plotz purchases web hosting and e-mail services from Mijn Domein, CCV Shop and LaPosta. These parties process personal data on behalf of Plotz and do not use that data for their own purposes. They have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data.
Plotz treats all e-mail traffic confidentially and has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of you and your own data as much as possible.
PAYMENT PROCESSORS
Plotz uses services from ING and PayPal to handle payments in the web store. These process your name, if necessary. address and place of residence information and payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. ING and PayPal have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.
SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS
Plotz uses the services of PostNL and MyParcel
for carrying out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that Plotz shares your name, address and place of residence with PostNL and MyParcel.
They only use this data for the purpose of performing the agreement.
PURPOSE OF THE DATA PROCESSING
General purpose of the processing
Plotz uses your data solely for the purpose of providing services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment that you give. Plotz does not use your data for (targeted) marketing. Your information will not be shared with third parties, other than to meet accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all held to confidentiality on the basis of the agreement between them and Plotz or an oath or legal obligation.
Automatically collected data

Plotz keeps your data for as long as you are a customer. This means that your customer profile will be saved until you indicate that you no longer wish to use the services of Plotz.
